The Sister Trust

Please note the following policies of both The Elizabeth Morse Charitable Trust and the Elizabeth Morse Genius Charitable Trust:

•
Grant applicants are not permitted to submit proposals to both Trusts; grant applicants are permitted to submit proposals only to the Trust at which the grant applicant first made contact; a first time applicant must select one of the two Trusts to submit its first application.

•
The Elizabeth Morse Charitable Trust does not accept proposals from grant applicants that have previously submitted a proposal to The Elizabeth Morse Genius Charitable Trust, and, similarly, the Elizabeth Morse Genius Charitable Trust does not accept proposals from grant applicants that have previously submitted a proposal to The Elizabeth Morse Charitable Trust.

The Trusts also do not accept joint applications to both Trusts, except upon specific invitation by both Trusts.

•	The individual co-trustee of The Elizabeth Morse Genius Charitable Trust is James L. Alexander and the corporate co-trustee is Bank of America, N.A.;
